Clutch Notes

Below is the wear on the clutch gear and this contributes to rivets breaking. I have seen this wear both times I have had a clutch die due to rivets breaking. This part should be replaced if worn and probably checked every 20,000km or more often for a high performance engine.

Clutch nut torque setting = 4.0-4.5 kgf m (28.93-32.55 lbf ft)
