Custom Radiator
After investigating a Sherco radiator I decided to bite the bullet and get a custom radiator. The reason was that the Sherco radiator had pipes in the wrong locations and I was concerned about it's performance at high speed (I was told they race with the choke out on the long straight bits).

Spal 5.6 inch fan seems perfect... but a tad too long... oh well...

Some thoughts for improvements and lessons learned
Next time put radiator cap on opposite side to shock
Make sure you take into account the steering travel (to avoid the shock hitting things like the raditor cap)
Make sure you take into account the suspension travel when positioning
Version 2 mounting use 100mm aluminium channel (instead of 65mm) because the radiator sits lower and the depth allows further travel in brake pedal
