World's Fastest Vespa

This page is for keeping a track of the current World's Fastest Vespa - this is an extension to http://www.100mphscooter.com/100_mph_speeds.html as I am trying to also capture the history (time order). Since probably the first Vespa, people have been claiming stupidly high top speeds, fueled by inaccurate speedos and riding in artificial circumstances (down hill, tail winds, broken air behind cars, slip streaming etc). This page, like 100mphscooter, is capturing officially recorded race results.
